Abrar-Ul-Haq was born on 21 July 1969 in Faisalabad, Pakistan. He belongs to a small town called Narowal in Punjab. He completed his bachelor's degree from Sir Syed College in Rawalpindi and his master's degree in social science from Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad. [^1^] [^3^]
