House Beers

POURING NOW…

SIMPLE SOUR (AS FEATURED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES) 4.5% Brewed with wheat, corn and brettanomyces. This Sour is quick, dry and refreshing.

SOFT POUR CORN 5.2%  Corn beer brewed for Autumn with our friends from Roberta’s in Brooklyn. Sweet smokiness from heirloom Mexican blue corn combines with resinous savory epazote. and brettanomyces. 

ZIZANIA 5.4%
Summer Saison brewed with wild rice and Amarillo hops, then fermented with a blend of our house Belgian yeast and brettanomyces. It’s dry and peppery, with satisfying citrus and mineral notes.

C.R.E.A.M. Ale 4.8% Smooth and creamy, our CREAM Ale is light in color and body using pilsner malt and flaked maize while Palisade hops give a slight hop character. Enjoy one or two or three easily session able house beers.

SKILLS PILS  4.9% Keller Pils brewed with German Malt, Polish Magnum and Lublin Hops and fermented with our house lager yeast. Very clean with a firm hop presence. 

HOP COMMON 5.2%
Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Segal Ranch Nugget and Cascade Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness.

AMAZEBALLS (SILVER MEDAL WINNER-INTERNATIONAL STYLE PALE ALE GABF 2013) 6.2%
It’s all in the name! Single hopped with Galaxy Hops, our American Pale Ale is exquisitely dry and balanced by the tropical fruit aromas. 

EASTERN STANDARD  6.8% 
Another true classic, our IPA holds nothing back. It’s loaded with Simcoe and Citra hops, grown for us at Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.

MALTBALLS 6.2%
American Brown Ale brewed with aromatic Munich malt and floral Centennial hops. A fall Classic!

VAPORIZER 11.5% An Imperial Stout that was double-mashed and boiled overnight. This huge, thick beer is a collaboration with our friend Bob Barrar of Iron Hill fame. It’s heavily dry-hopped with Nugget and Mosaic Hops.
