C.R.E.A.M. Ale 4.8%
Smooth and creamy, our CREAM Ale is light in color and body using pilsner malt and flaked maize while Palisade hops give a slight hop character. Enjoy one or two or three easily session able house beers.
HOP COMMON 5.2%
Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Segal Ranch Nugget and Cascade Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness.
SKILLS PILS 4.9%
A rotating seasonal Pilsner series. This winter Pilsner is rich in dark German malts, Polish Lubin and Magnum hops.
THE ARISTOCRATS 5.6%
A primitive-style sour beer, brewed completely with NYS grown ingredients. Golden colored with intense notes of straw and funk.

Coffee style American Pale brewed fresh with Ahtanum hops and Ehiopian Limu beans compliments of our dear friends from Coffee Labs in Tarrytown, NY.

Single Hop American Pale Ale using Australian Galaxy hops. Offers all the hop flavor without bitterness.
Bright, hoppy ale. Brewed with Honey Malt and 100% late-hopped with Mosaic and Citra from Carpenter Ranches.
EASTERN STANDARD 6.8%
Another true classic, our IPA holds nothing back. It’s loaded with Simcoe and Citra hops, grown for us at Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.
Dry style Stout brewed with malted and flaked rye. Served smooth and finishes dry.
An Imperial Stout that was double-mashed and boiled overnight. This huge, thick beer is a collaboration with our friend Bob Barrar of Iron Hill fame. It’s heavily dry-hopped with Nugget and Mosaic.
