Smooth and creamy, our CREAM Ale is light in color and body using pilsner malt and flaked maize while Palisade hops give a slight hop character. Enjoy one or two or three easily session able house beers.
SIMPLE SOUR (AS FEATURED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES) 4.5%Brewed with wheat, corn and brettanomyces. This Sour is quick, dry and refreshing.
THE ARISTOCRATS 5.6%
A primitive-style sour beer, brewed completely with NYS grown ingredients. Golden colored with intense notes of straw and funk.
SHARE THE RAINBOW 4.5%
Belgian style Witbier made with fresh citrus, pink peppercorns and finished with brettanomyces.
BSummer Saison brewed with wild rice and Amarillo hops, then fermented with a blend of our house Belgian yeast and brettanomyces. It’s dry and peppery, with satisfying citrus and mineral notes.
A gypsy style beer fermented with lager yeast and brettanomyces. Hazy golden and rustic. Features the famous Styrian Golden hop variety
HOP COMMON 5.2%
Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Segal Ranch Nugget and Cascade Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness.
YEAH JEETS 7.2%
In honor of the captain and his final campaign, this India Pale Lager is one class act. Brewed with German malt and Southern-Hemisphere hops, it’s triple-drye hopped and fermented for your pleasure.
An assertively hopped Pale Ale. Brewed with Honey malt and bright Citra and Mosaic hops.
LOWER STANDARD 3.9%
A younger sibling to Eastern Standard, this beer sacrifices none of it’s signature hop flavor and aroma. Feel free to reach for another of this low alcohol content light bodied Half-IPA.
EASTERN STANDARD 6.8%
Another true classic, our IPA holds nothing back. It’s loaded with Simcoe and Citra hops, grown for us at Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.
HIGHER STANDARD (2013 TAP NY BEST BEER IN NY STATE) 10%
Imperial IPA with gigantic notes of stone fruit and orchard blossoms. Hopped with Apollo, Amarillo and experimental Hop 05256.
